Returns and cancellations

Every product is custom-made with your logo. Final sale, no refund or cancellation once your order is placed. This applies to samples and to full orders.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved in your mockup, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We will make it right with a replacement or a correction.

Shipping

We ship from Montreal, Quebec to Canada and the United States. Orders ship within 5 days once your mockup is approved. Shipping for full orders is included in the price shown. For samples, the shipping and setup cost is shown on the product page and at checkout, before you pay.
