Questions buyers ask
How is my logo applied to the pen?
We confirm the best method for each model and send you a mockup to approve before production.
What file do you need for the logo?
A vector file (SVG, AI or PDF) is best. We can work from a PNG and send a mockup for approval first.
Do you ship pens to the United States?
Yes. We supply hotels and businesses across Canada and the United States.
